Aistech: Custom ERP System Built Around Real Department Workflows for a Multi-Branch Company

Client

MVT is a hardware sales company with multiple branches, each running its own dedicated instance of a company-wide ERP system.

Problem

Like most ERP needs, the goal was to digitize and integrate operations across every department and management level, moving away from paper records, manual processes, and scattered data that cost time and resources. But MVT's departments had already built their own customized methods and workflows that standard ERP platforms like ERPNext, Odoo, or Mekari couldn't accommodate. Each department's customization became its own layer of complexity to design around.

Process

The system was designed to be open and dynamic, built for case-by-case customization rather than a rigid one-size-fits-all structure, spanning Company, Department, CRM, Selling, Buying, Inventory, HC, Accounting, Finance, and Self-Service Employee modules. Throughout the project, we held at least one meeting every one to two weeks per module to work through each department's specific requirements.

Outcome

A Fully Customized ERP Spanning Ten Modules

Delivered a dynamically configurable ERP built around MVT's actual workflows rather than forcing them into a rigid template, spanning over 400 screens across company-wide operations from CRM to finance. The project is now in its final stage.
